Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Data Science & Artificial Intelligence – IIT Guwahati Admission 2025 Open for All Streams

IIT Guwahati is inviting online applications for its first-ever 100% online undergraduate degree – the Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (DS & AI). This innovative program is delivered through the Coursera platform and is open to learners from all educational streams, including working professionals and recent Class XII graduates.

Key Dates:

• Application Deadline-May 30, 2025
• Class Start-September 1, 2025

Eligibility Criteria:

• General Requirements Educational Qualification: Completion of Class 12 (or equivalent) with a minimum aggregate of 60% from a recognized board or university
• Subject Requirement: Mathematics must have been studied as a compulsory subject at the Class 12 level
• Direct Admission- Candidates who have been eligible to appear for JEE Advanced in any year are granted direct admission without the need for an entrance test
• Applicants not eligible for JEE Advanced must enroll in an online preparatory course titled Mathematics Essentials
• Admission is based on a composite score derived from-Performance in Class 10 and Class 12 examinations & Results of the Mathematics Essentials course
