Northeast Centre for Equity Action on Integrated Development (NEAID) presents the Akikaran Fellowship, an immersive, two-year full-time leadership program that places passionate individuals in rural and tribal schools of Northeast India. The fellowship is aimed at addressing educational inequities while equipping fellows with practical skills in leadership, classroom facilitation, and stakeholder engagement. Fellows work on-ground with schools and communities, enabling systemic transformation in primary and secondary education. Participants become part of a lifelong movement to reimagine education equity in India.

Eligibility Criteria:
Stipend: 20000/- Per Month
