The Carbon Smart India Fellowship is a flagship initiative by The Social Purpose Trust, designed to equip a new generation of youth leaders to champion solar energy adoption and carbon offsetting at the grassroots level. This one-year, field-based, purpose-driven program bridges climate action with community engagement—combining technical training, social impact, and leadership development.
Duration: 12 months (Full-Time, Field-Based)
Eligibility Criteria:
Stipend: Monthly stipend ranging from ₹7,000 to ₹15,000, based on performance. tiers: Category A: ₹12,000/month (consistent performers) Category B: ₹15,000/month (top-tier fellows leading sub-teams) Total benefits worth ₹1.8 Lakhs over the fellowship period
