The Earth Journalism Network (EJN) is inviting video content producers across India to apply for a fellowship aimed at boosting public awareness of renewable energy. With a focus on Bihar, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, and Uttar Pradesh, this fellowship supports the creation and distribution of impactful video reports highlighting challenges and innovations in the renewable energy (RE) sector. Selected fellows will receive mentorship and a budget of up to ₹2.75 lakh to produce at least 8 minutes of original video content on topics such as RE infrastructure, financing, just transition, community impact, and clean technologies like green hydrogen and biofuels. Preference will be given to proposals offering fresh perspectives and underserved narratives.
Duration: June 2025 – October 31, 2025
Eligibility Criteria:
Stipend: Up to ₹2.75 lakh per project (for production costs and stipend; stipend may not exceed 30% of total budget)
