The Global Impact Changeship 2025, organized by Connecting Dreams Foundation (CDF), is a 12-month full-time experiential learning program designed for recent graduates or final-year students who are passionate about creating social change. Participants will engage in community-based fieldwork and office-based project management in Delhi, focusing on real-world issues such as youth empowerment, women’s economic empowerment, rural development, education access, and climate change. The Changeship aims to cultivate future changemakers through practical exposure, mentorship, and skill-building, contributing meaningfully to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Eligibility Criteria:
Stipend: INR 12,000 per month
How to apply: Fill the online application form with personal, academic, and motivation details. Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed (online or offline). Final results will be announced by 5 July 2025. Program begins in July 2025.
