Program Manager - PCI India

PCI India is recruiting a Program Manager based in Assam/Meghalaya to lead and implement livelihoods and women‑entrepreneurship programs across north‑eastern states. The role involves managing field operations, stakeholder engagement, capacity building, documentation, and ensuring program quality and impact.

Job Position: Program Manager

Job Location: Assam/Meghalaya (with frequent travel to other north-eastern states)

Qualification: Postgraduate degree or diploma in Business Management, Rural Development, Social Work, Agribusiness Management, Marketing, or related fields

Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years managing field-based development programs, preferably in livelihoods, SHG-based enterprise, skilling or women’s economic empowerment; experience in team and government engagement preferred

Salary: Described as “competitive remuneration” commensurate with experience; exact figures not disclosed
