The/Nudge Institute is seeking a Block Lead for its Economic Inclusion Program across interior districts of Assam, Jharkhand, Meghalaya, and Tripura. The role involves on-ground implementation of the Graduation Approach to uplift vulnerable rural women out of poverty through community mobilization, capacity building, convergence with government schemes, and enabling sustainable livelihoods. This full-time, field-based position provides an opportunity to contribute to lasting change in the lives of marginalized communities, in collaboration with State Rural Livelihood Missions (SRLMs).
Job Position: Block Lead – Economic Inclusion Program
Job Location: Assam, Jharkhand, Meghalaya, Tripura (Interior Districts and Blocks)
Qualification: MSW / MA in Rural Development or related fields. Experience/internship with NRLM/SRLMs preferred. Must own a bike with a valid driving license
Experience: 0 – 2 years
Salary: Competitive professional fee (subject to 10% TDS), with TA/DA, group family health insurance, and learning/development benefits
