Job Position: Young Professional (YP)
Job Location: Across Bihar – All 534 blocks under BRLPS (field-based and headquarters)
Qualification: Post-Graduation/B.Tech/M.Tech/Professional 4-year Graduate (from specific institutions mentioned in official advertisement). See full eligibility list for institutes and streams.
Experience: 0–3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in development agencies, NGOs, government projects, or rural/social development organizations.
Salary: 1. ₹50,000 – ₹57,500 for top-tier institutes (IIMs, IITs, IRMA, XLRI, etc.) 2. ₹40,000 – ₹46,000 for other recognized institutions (TISS, XIMB, DMI, NIAM, etc.) 3. ₹30,000 – ₹34,500 for Xavier Institute of Development Action and Studies (XIDAS), etc.
